Was phoned on 27 Feb 13 that a surplus amount was paid to me but came back because of dormant account. I reactivate the account immediately and phoned through to confirm that the account is active and they can proceed with the payment. Was told it would take a couple of days. Phoned a week later and was told that the fund needs to be recalculated? Phoned last week and was told that payment can sometime take months??? When will you "competent" people pay out my surplus?
