Simpler, Better, Faster doesn't exist!

Two months ago I applied for a home loan #4346877. After completing the required documentation and forwarding it by fax to the home loans department I was called and told that the documentation was not complete. I was told that the documentation was incomplete. I explained that he needs to check because there are two (2) payslips per page. I later received an email to say that my request was being processed.
Since then, I phoned the self help line only to find out that my home loan application has been closed by Ephodia Skosana without consulting, phoning, emailing, discussing anything with me.
After my call to the call centre this morning and after speaking to Eden, the supervisor. He explained that he cannot do anything about the previous application because it is now closed. He can only process a new application and I have to once again resubmit all the documentation. I gave him Marcel Amra our business banker's details (Who seems to be the only person in Standard Bank willing to assist) and he assured me that he would call him immediately and get all the details to sort out this problem and that he, Eden would phone me back with feedback. Still no joy!!!
