Incorrect interest rate -Nedbank homeloan contract

My wife recently applied for a homeloan at Nedbank via Ooba. She had been given two quotes, initially one at 9.5% interest, then a few days later, another at 9.35% which she had accepted. She has met with the Bond attorney to sign the bond papers but the incorrect interest rate is showing on the contract - 9.5%. She needs to complete her bond documentation and submit by 04 April (in order to facilitate the Offer-to-Purchase) but Nedbank is now holding up the process. She was told that Nedbank could take a couple of weeks to get the correct interest rate in order - this is totally unacceptable. It was the fault of Nedbank that the incorrect interest rate was used and now it is placing her in breach of the OTP. How difficult can it be to change the interest rate on the contract if the correct rate was already confirmed by the bank? Nedbank needs to sort this problem with highest priority since it is a fault on their part.
