Changing of Debit Orders

Insurance company change the debit order details and dates without notifying me. I am a salaried employee and get paid once a month and cannot afford to have insurance company debiting my account every time they so wish.

When you are paid on the 26th, you prefer you account to be debited on the 26th / 27th or 28th the latest and not on the 8th on 15th. the problem with debit orders that go through unplanned and unexpectedly is that you end paying the insurance company their insurance, their unpaid debit fee and the bank fees for returned debits.

The banks are making huge margin on us already and now the insurance companies are making it worse. This is not acceptable.
