ATM took the money however not reflecting on my ac

I went yesterday 01/04/2013 to Bedford Centre Branch at Around 14:00 hs, to do a cash deposit thinking that I will have my money right away like they advertise, False advertising!!! also they do not say that if something goes wrong the turn around time is 9 working days to get our money back.
This is unacceptable, 9 working f@#$%^g days, I have a rent to pay. I want someone to contact me and refund the cash deposit that I made yesterday.
I cannot afford to wait 9 working days to eat or pay my bond., Standard bank take the money of our accounts when ever they suits them but when it comes to give us what belong to us there is a 9 working days we have to wait.
I need a response Standard bank Today@!!!
