Withdrew money but did not receive the cash

I was at the Standard Bank branch in Mall@Reds and tried to withdraw R 800 at the Standard Bank Autobank.

I completed the input part of the transaction, and it sounded like the money was counted off by the machine and my card was returned as expected. The machine then froze and I did not receive the money that I withdrew. I did almost immediately receive a sms that the money was deducted off my account.

I found the toll free number on the Autobank and was asked what the autobank number is which I gave through as 280 which was on a receipt I found on the floor as I did not receive one as the machine was hanging.

I was informed that the machine will be rebooted and that it can take up to 15 minutes to complete, after which I will be called back. I did not receive a call back yet and it is now 5 hours later. I also did not receive the money I withdrew and was forced to make a second withdrawal of the same amount. My wife withdrew R20 as a test from the same machine and received her cash.

I feel that there is 2 parts that is unacceptable here: 1. The fact that I drew money and did not receive it. 2. I was not phoned back as promised. I have security as witnesses to the above.
