We recently founded out that my wife is pregnant we went to do our first scan last week I paid R1350 for the doctor consultation and the scan. I was advised by the admin lady that I need to pay the R8000 for Normal delivery by 30 weeks pregnancy to our Gynaecologist as this is a separate bill to the hospital bill that will follow after the birth. The lady said that I need to pay this R8000 and claim it back from one plan, I emailed oneplan to advise how they will assist me and what is the option till today no one has responded and I need to speak to someone that knows how their marterinity procedures works. I was also requested by the Hospital the get a guarantee letter from oneplan to secure the pragnancy and birth. Please can someone assist me
