I took out a loan with wonga sometime last year september. Have used the a several time after that. I only find out yesterday that the loan that i took out in september 2012 still reflects as unpaid on my credit profile. Now this beats logic cause wonga wont aprove a loan if the previous one is not paid. this has affect my credit rating according to my bank. I spoke to Bridget one of the consultants at wonga she told me its not their problem the payments is not updated. Who's problem is it then? is this acceptable? am very disappointed and and this has affected my credit rating badly...
