I lost my income because of Nedbank

Money was debited from my account without any notification and my consent as a result of me owing Nedbank's Card division. The deducted money caused me to lose my income as I was going to use the money to commune. I strongly believe I should have been consulted and arrangements made as to how I was going to settle the account instead of Nedbank's card division debiting my account without my consent or the right consultation.
