Hollard good to clients what about general public

On the 5th of March 2013 my husband was in a motor vehicle accident. The person accountable for the accident had provided all the details of her insurance company (Hollard Insurance Company). All the necessary documentation was sent on the 18th March 2013, to Hollard and their Third Party Claims Department. After getting no response from them I phoned them (26 March 2013) and spoke to Deon who advised me at the time that they had not yet received the necessary documents. He then provided me with an additional email address to send the info again. All documents was sent again yesterday (26 March 2013 at 12:00pm) with proof of the email that was sent on 18 March 2013. I have yet to get a response from anybody from Hollard. I have not even been notified who would be handling my claim nor have they advised me of what is to happen next. Why am I being ignored and treated like this by a company with this magnitude? Please can somebody have the decency to contact me and just inform me of what is going on? I am relying on this vehicle and this is outrages.
