1 Life direct big time

Good day.

i previously had a life insurance with 1 life direct and cancelled it because of bad service. Against my better will i went with 1 life direct again for life insurance and guess what, the service didnt improve at all. on 12 March 2013 i emailed the cancellation letter to [Email Removed] informing them of the immediate cancellation of the police ever before it commences on 1 April 2013. Yesterday a consultant called me and ask me if he can maybe change my mind and if he can try to rectify my problems to wich i responded that i am not interested and i want to cancel the policy. At the end of the conversation he assured me that the policy was cancelled but guess what, they still deducted money from my account and now when i call the call center nobody there can help me find out when the deduction is gonna be reversed and a consultant will contact me back when ever they get the message, this is unacceptable and i want my money deposited back into my bank account ASAP.
