FNB take money without my approval 4 smart device

I have bought a laptop through FNB which is R249 a month. got the laptop beginning of december 2012

then they loaded the wrong laptop on my account that is R459 a month. they tried to fix and now only in february 2013 they fixed this problem.

only to find now the 25 of march 2013 they went and took two debit orders of my account for the laptop that i have R249 and another debit order for the laptop i do not

you can not have more then one device loaded on your profile but they did that with mine. now due to being the end of month i need the money in my account and FNB do not want to pay my money back R459. i requested the debit order to go of on the 1st of every month and still went of the 25???

FNB are quick to to take the money out of my account but now they refuse to pay the money back. there are all these stories as to why they can not pay the money back and stories as to how long this will take

i am thinking of taking legal action against FNB due to FNB that do not want to refund my money and have these stories of how and when and how they can not do it.

in short FNB "" money from me - took money without my consent and now they do not want to refund
