I am with another insurance company at the moment so yesterday I tried outsurance, I did a Quotation online and in minutes they phoned me back, at first I was impress my premium R752.64 GREAT and the Excess R13500.00, that I didn't know because nobody told me.
So I received my paperwork and saw the excess, immediately I phoned them back and cancel the policy and then the guy in the retention office gave me his attitude of: Why did I apply for insurance at outsurance in the first place and do I know that I can't just cancel a policy because I am messing around with people salaries here.
And did I phone them or did outsurance phone me..he gave me such a BAD ATTITUDE I was shocked!! Outsurance is not the best!! Worst service ever!!! and they did not beat my current premium so were is the R400.00 it is nonsense!!!
