Discrimination against

I really do not have faith in the ombudsman, recently I realised that the Ombudmans for Short Term insurance Bows down to pressure from Large Corporations such as Zurich insurance. I recently had a case with the Ombudman and despite us putting forward all our evidence to dispute
the case forwarded by Zurich, the Ombudsman refered us back to the court of and ignored all "Formal Rulings and Case Studies on the website"The person in charge as said by my consultant bowed down to the Pressure of the insurance company.

I attached you emails from your Ombudsman Colleague Peter Nkuna and my consultant dated from the 12th March 2013 to date and I personally feel that his rulings was Bias and he did Bow down to the pressure of Zurich and was scared to make a ruling. Their was no impersonation or as claimed by the insurance company, Just a argument between the SI manager (Eric Cilliers) and myself. Alot of comments were made and the Manager of the Claims department Cloud Sangweme, sided with his colleague of whom he is close friends. When complained to him, he chose not to listen to me. The matter was repudiated and referred to the Ombudsman.
