I am sick and disgusted by the behaviour of these absa consultants always tell to us as consumers just to get away with their bad deeds and non competence of sum of their employees. I am shocked I have an existing loan with absa which fell into arrears as I was under debt reveiw but still paid the amount which was on the court order, I decided to cancell as it would take longer to pay off. I have been paying my account for the last couple of months now, the installments and more, yet my profile history has not been updated on the ITC and its affecting my scoring badly as I need to buy a house for my family. just because of a number of people who dont do their job we should all suffer. Please update this account payment history with all 3 beaureas asap as I have been paying this account. Everyone deserves a 2nd chance in life.
