In the beging of march the call center for absa bank phoned to ask when they would be reciving a payment for my loan i said at the end of march as i have just strated to work again the agreement was that they take R2000.00 per month till i am up to date thier after they can take the normal amount of R1800.00. to my surpize saturday morning the 23/03/2013 the bank called ABSA had taken my whole pay!!! now it is a mission to get hold of anyone to sort this matter out and to have my money transfured back into my account, act as if they had done nothing wrong. they dont think on how i must live how i must get to work petrol is not for free, i am so disgusted of the service that i am recivng from absa i have been a customer for maybe 6 years and this is the way people get treated. who ever is going to get into touch with me email me!!! this situation needs to be sorted out and money back into my account ASAP!!!
