Hi. I've got jus a small problem. A relative of mine sent me money through ewallet but unfortuanately he sent it to my contract number which is suspended for now and the money to pay that contract is in ewallet. Is there no way fnb can send can send me another sms with another pin so that I can be able to access the money.. I've going to different branches and I don't seem to get the same response from any which leaves me confused. He has tried to call in and ask for the funds to be reversed, they said they couldn't reverse the funds coz I've been using ewallet for a long time.. Is that even possible? Not being able to reverse funds coz 1 has been using ewallet for a long time? I have been asking for assistance and no one seems to care about the enquiry or complaint..
