Not prepared to help at all!!!

Please help me someone!!! I have a personal loan with FNB. I used to work for FNB but lost my job in August last year by no fault of my own. I am still unemployed and I am really struggling to find work. When I took out the loan with Fnb they told me that I would have a 'take a break' month in January, basically my bank account would not be debited with the loan amount. I received a SMS from fnb in December last year confirming that my debit order will only go off in february 2013. Of course being unemployed I did not make provision for the loan in January because I knew that they would only debit me in February. Low and behold they debited me in January which put my personal loan into arrears. I contacted them and they apologized and said they would rectify it. They called me at the end of feb again stating that my loan is in arrears. They did not rectify anything. I asked them to please help me by reducing the installments until I find a job and they said 'sorry, we cannot help you!!! ' I'm not saying I don't want to pay but all I'm asking for is my bank, Fnb to assist me while I'm unemployed! Surely you can reduce my installments for the time being? i cannot find a job!
