EBucks account suspended without notice

Upon checking my bank balance on my cheque account, I decided to have a closer look at my ebucks account which is linked to my cheque account. I never actually do that, only have a quick glance at the balance reflecting. To my surprise I noticed that my ebucks account which I had since 2006, was no longer in operation since May 2010. And lately in 2013 that account was debited with 2 x R75.00 so called "dormancy fee". Never in 2 years did anybody bother with this account, suddenly it gets debited with more than it is really worth. I never used my ebucks as it was too little to actually buy something with so I never bothered to have a closer look at the account, just left it to "grow" until it was worth using it... little did I know that because I did not keep an close eye on every movement from the bank, that nothing really happened on the account anymore except deits instead of credits. Could nobody at FNB contacted me regarding this and why I do not use my ebucks and that I will be charged this silly "dormancy fee" if not used (on what I don't know as it does not have any real value). Just ANOTHER way for FNB to pocket customers money??? Pathetic!!
