I had sent an email canceling my insurance with them on the 5th March 2013 and there was no response from them. I then sent another email staying that should they not respond, I will take their non response as confirmation.
Now this morning, I receive an SMS of a debit order from them. How do they completely ignore me and then go ahead take money from my account?
