Every month there are these R99, 99 deducted to WERMARKET/Stratcol with a NAEDO sometimes these R99.99 would add up to R600. Every month have to go to Capitec bank to reverse it and the debit order charges as well as reversing u have to pay the charge which will also add up to a lot of money. So now they say you have to phone those people to give you a letter to reverse the money or ask them to put money back into your account. Firstly you do not know these people they that money from your account. Secondly when you call them you will never get through if you do you end up spending that same R100 you want back on the telephone call. I think and believe that Capitec is working with these people to make money because they know that you will not get an sms when they take less than R100 on your account so they take as much as they want. Capitec is going to lose their customers because of this I for 1. I asked the other people who use other banks they said they do not have this problem but 9 in 10 Capitec client have this problem.
