I have been with outsurance for more than 5 years with no claims whatsoever, My signal was jammed in a parking area and my bag and cell phone was from my vehicle.
A article was also published in the newspaper warning the public about the syndicate in Centurion jamming remote signals to gain access to your vehicle without forced entry.
Outsurance first response, no forced entry, they refuse to acknowledge the fact of these syndicates and jumps at the first opportunity not to pay out. Secondly my bag was not locked in the boot, I drive an SUV, have no boot, again the easy way out.
No claims for 5 years clearly indicates I am a low risk customer and definably not an insurance "abuser "
Surely this should count for something as I am clearly not negligent.
They say you always get something out! what a joke. So my plan of action is to move after more than 5 years to a different insurance company where our case is actually considered and where your insurance record means something without just looking for loopholes not to pay out.
