Annoyed by the home loan depatment!!

In November 2012, I recieved a phone call from standard bank home loan division advising that my home has been moved from the CIB staff bond system to the PBB homeloan system and I was ask questions about what amount i would like to pay and what day of the month the debit order should go through my account. I advise that I need everything to remain the same, the amount i pay every month and the debit order date must not change.

In Dec 2012 and Jan 2013, the debit order did not go through and I went to a branch both in Dec n Jan to enquire and i was advise the debit order has not been loaded and i should not worry since I have been paying more than i should every month. In both times when i enquired i specifically ask that when the debit order is finally loanded, the amount of the debit order must not exceed the R5200 that i have been paying and them not loading the debit order my not mean that they are going to want to recover the Dec n Jan payments. In Feb I recieved smses about how my loan is over due, and i went to deposit the money. Today a debit order of more than R5200 bounced on my account and i have the R5200. I am beyond annoyed by this!!!
