Please help
I opened an online business account in January and the account was approved. I scanned, signed and emailed the documents. I waited and waited and waited for my cards to be sent to me. Eventually I sent an email to "virtual documents" email address and they promised to send the courier to collect them. I was told to give the original documents to the courier people--- they give me cards and I give them ALL the documents and I did!
I realised that the status of my account was 'frozen' and enquired at the Beacon Bay branch and was told my documents were not scanned. The consultant called virtual docs and they sorted the matter out. He told me my account would be active in 24 hours but was shocked when I tried to transfer money into it and was told it's still frozen
Today I went to Vincent and they tell me they cant do anything until I submit my KYC!

I refuse to resubmit my docs because FNB must find them from the courier people. I DEMAND that my account be activated with immediate effect--- I WILL NOT go to ANY branch for this, what's the point of ONLINE banking kanti??? Please resolve this asap before I move my portfolio to another bank!!!
