How many times???

I had previously complained about my account being debited with all fees and smart deal billings on the 25th of every month instead of the first (When I get paid). I was contacted by FNB and the consultant was extremely helpful. Today is the 25th and and my fees on my Credit Card were deducted on the 23rd and my smart phone deal was STILL deducted today?? What on earth is going on? Since switching to FNB I must say that it has not at all been an easy process. I would like these fees reversed and debited off on the first as per my original enquiry.
