Standard Bank do not know what they're doing

ATM ate my card.
Went into Branch 3 times, and counting, to try and get it sorted.
Said they would not bill me for the card... guess what..they did.
Now I have to go to the Branch for the 3rd time.
Wake up and get it right Standard Bank.
