This insurer has cancelled my policy due to misrepresentation, euphemism for lying on my claim. I asked them to give proof to this effect, instead their response was cancelling my claim with immediate effect. I was told over the phone and asked for this in writing, I have asked for communicaton to be handled in writing because I realised that they would say one thing on the phone and follow up with a writen communication that is completely different from we discussed. I am now surprised that their debit order went through today, despite the fact that the policy is cancelled. Please note this claim is with their dispute department, I bet they will drag their feet to attend to this becasue this is the kind of attitude that I have received from this company, previously as well I had to hustle them to get the car accident claim sorted out. They have sent me what they called an updated policy after they confirmed that my policy is cancelled with immediate effect and I responded to this and told them that they are mistaken because this company cancelled my policy, how is it then that you would want to continue doing business with what they call a bad risk. I am sick and tired of Miway!!
