This is now the third time that I have had my ABSA account FICA'd. The branched everytime goes through the processes, gets the required doccumentation and completes the processes.
When I try to use my account it is not usable. Afetr contacting call centre - reason FICA hold.
This is costing me so much time, money and frastration due to incompetant people in the branch. People should not be put in positions if they are incompetant.
