On Tuesday the 19/03/2013. I settled the loan with Capfin paid the full amount of R2838.50.
To my surprise my account was debited today 22/03/2013, R664.02 on a day that I do not get paid on and not on the day instructed by me for a debit order to be done on my account. What gives them the right to debit MY on a day that i did not request for the debit order to go off???
I would like to know when I will get my money back. I sent an email to them and I am still waiting for feedback.
I have tried calli and emailing i have had no assistance what so ever.
