Anyone tried to contact the Assupol callcentre lately? Seems no-one is working there anymore. Emailing client services returns errors that the mailbox is full.
And this is a company responsible for my policy?
Problem is, I cannot seem to effect any changes on my policy since getting hold of anyone is a problem (but you are quick to let me know my premium is going up!).
