I deposited R2500 from my standard bank account to my FNB account on the 28th of February. The payment usually takes 3 days max to reflect but to my surprise, the payment is still not reflecting till today. I called STD bank and they confirmed that the payment was definitely successfull as indicated on the proof of payment. I then called FNB, they were unable to locate the funds and asked me to send a letter. On the 09th March, I sent an e-mail to [Email Removed] because I was under the impression that I had sent the money to my credit card only to realise that I had actually sent it to my Business account. I then called them to rectify that and they said that I must send an e-mail to [Email Removed] and that was the 12th of March. On the 19th of March, I got an e-mail from Mrs C.Arens only responding to the e-mail that I sent on the 09th and her e-mail only stated that it is to confirm that they payment was transfered to my cheque account, however, there is still nothing. Its almost a month since I made that payment, can somebody please just get back to me?
