I had a credit card and loan account with the bank that was handed over due to non payments, however the bank handover my credit card account in to 2 different lawyers/ outsource agents unk why... I November 2012 i paid up the account and I received the paid up later from the lawyer but apparently the bank did't update the other agent that I did pay the account... today i received a call from NDS which is one of the lawyer asking for a payment . when I told them that the account is paid up the person told me that I'm not telling the Truth bcz STANDARD BANK SHOULD HAVE TOLD THEM THAT THE ACCOUNT IS PAID UP " WHICH IS TRUE "

My I.T.C record is only updated for the loan not for the credit card. What I DON'T UNDERSTAND IS
1. WHY STANDARD BANK DIDN'T'T UPDATE MY CREDIT PROFILE
2. WHY THEY HAD ME OVER TO 2 DIFFERENT OUTSOURCE AGENT / LAWYERS.
3. WHY YOU DID NT UPDATE THEM THAT I PAID AS THE OTHER COMPANY SEND YOU REPORT
STANDING THAT I PAID UP THE ACCOUNT AND YOU DID RECEIVE MY MONEY AND IS REFLECTING ON YOUR SITE.
4. HOW MANY TIMES MUST I TELL THESE PEOPLE THAT I PAID YOUR ACCOUNT!!!
