I am a client with the above finance company, I have not once ever skipped a payment on my account
I am requesting a settlement letter to pay off my account, I am being dragged down from pillar to post
I tried calling the head office, was asked to speak to a Susan, who was off yesterday apparently she is the only one who can do it, my point is what if Susan died who will then assist me. I called her today she was absoutlely rude saying I must wait for the branch to contact me. I contacted my branch again at the Boulders shopping Mall Midrand and I was told I will get it by 10:00am, nothing received, I called again and was told I would get it by3:00pm, again not yet received spoken to Zoehoe (not sure of the spelling)
Its my right to get my settlement letter, I am struggling from last week Thursday, and the reason I am so persistant is because I am going on leave
This is the only company that is holding be back from settling my debt and yet if you don't pay them then they want to list you very quick and yet they cannot assist as quick as they should
No customer service and wish never to do business with them in the near future, to everyone else please be aware!!!
