Internet Banking Issues Continue!

This is an Old Issue that Absa confirmed to me and they seemingly cannot get it fixed!!

If one opens/switch to other windows while logged on to the internet banking site, the site
will suddenly whithout warning LOG YOU OFF. Example: If you quickly open a pdf document to see
your bill amount that you need to pay or quickly switch to Outlook to read a reference in your emails.
When you switch back to Absa's Internet Banking site it immediately logs you off.
When you stay with the internet banking page it allows you to continue working without issue.

Absa techs told me before that this is a build-in security feature of the site that is malfunctioning.

I logged a call for this a few months ago and it appeared to be resolved but this is clearly not the case.

It is EXTREMELY frustrating and I cannot continue like this!!
