Wrong Amount deducted NO service

I made an arrangement with MiWay regarding my premium because I lost my job in January. All good they adjusted my premium to R243.81. And mailed me the updated agreement on 30 January 2013. Then on 11 March 2013 I phoned in to cancel my policy because I received a better policy from another company. They said they will cancel, since then I have not received any proof of cancellation. Now the worst, on 13 March 2013 they deduct R460.96 from my bank account instead of what was agreed on. And why debit on the 13th?? when the amount is supposed to be deducted on the 1st of every month. So I phoned and they said they will refund only if I fax through proof of my bank statement where it shows that, that amount was deducted. I emailed them and faxed everything through, but still no response. I am fed up with this. I need my money refunded back to me asap! I really need someone at MiWay to assist me as soon as possible. This in not on! ;
This is not the first time they just deduct a odd amount from my account. Now you ask why do I want to cancel!!
