African Bank And LGR Attoneys

Hi,

I took a loan with African Bank and i had a problem paying it. My account was handed over to LGR Attorneys for collection and i paid monthly instalments between R500 to R600 every month.

In January i called LGR Attorneys requesting settlement amount and i was assisted by Monica Molekwa and she told i had to pay R 8, 775.00 and i'll get 10% discount from loan balance. On 16-01-2013 i paid the settlement amount and i asked for my paid up letter which i was given by LGR.

Then i received sms from African Bank saying i owe them R1717 the 10% discount i was given if i pay the settlement amount and my african bank loan was in arrears.

I called LGR, Monica told me they will send my file to African Bank to update my file and that i've finished paying them so they can close my account. It has been two months now trying to get my african bank loan account to be closed and update my ICT profile but every time i call LGR i'm told they will tell african bank to clear my account with them.

Last Tuesday i called LGR they told me the very same story they always tell me that they will tell afrcan bank to clear my loan accout.
