MBD Credit Solutions blacklisted my husband for his Woolworths Loan Account which was paid up in December 2012. After numerous efforts, Woolworths promised to send the Letter I have in my possession to transunion and promised that the default will be removed immediately.
At this stage I am not sure where the problem is as this is the second time I tried to clear my husband's name with transunion. We are trying to buy a house and because of this listing not being removed no-one is able to assist. I am deeply dissapointed as when you get listed it happens instantly but taking the listing of your name takes ages.
