On Clicks Credit Card

Last week on Wednesday 9 January 2013, I called the FNB call centre regarding the Clicks Credit Card they produce. I had received 2 smes while I was at home in the late afternoon indicating that 2 transactions had gone through on my credit card via an internet site. These were not my transactions. I had used the card before 1pm that same day at Cresta shopping centre. The call centre indicated that in one of the shops, my card had been compromised in some way. I was told the card would be security blocked. A new card would be couriered to my work address. They were unable to say what the online transactions were for. They advised that their cards do have. I want to know the person will be caught and arrested. If they ordered via BidorBuy then surely they supplied a delivery address? I was told that the funds for the internet transactions would be reversed. I was required to fill in the form they would email and return it within 5 working days which is tomorrow Tuesday 15 Jan 2013. It is the 4th working day and no one has followed up with me on progress of the investigation and no one has emailed me the form. I am furious! I want answers, refund and new card.
