Bad service

I registered a claim with Standard Bank home insurance on 16 February 2013. The assessors notified me that the claim was approved on 4 March. I completed a form to claim for a portion of the settlement of the claim and returned it on 04 March. I phoned the assessors and Standard Bank claims department a number of times, but up to now, no response or payment of the claim.
