Poor service and unreasonable excuses

On 11 March 2013 I reported my card lost (ref - czm40/Zweli). Zweli transferred me to Hannes as I wanted a black card and an extended expiry date to 2016 as the expiration would be 10/2013. Neither Zweli nor Hannes indicated that this would be a problem and both indicated that I would have my card within 5-7 working days.

I then called on 18/03 (7 days later) and spoke to Dineo who can see that Hannes spoke to me, but says that the card was not ordered. No reason was provided except it was probably because of the extended expiration. No reason was provided as to why I was not informed about this. Nevertheless, Dineo reordered my card and asked that I wait 5-7 working days.

I then called today, 19/03 and spoke to Dineo who confirmed that the card has been printed and I will have it within this week. I would like to ensure that this information is correct and that I can have my card by 22 March 2013 at the latest
