I needed to make some changes to my policy and Charity took my call. She was helpful in every way possible and definitely went the extra mile sorting out my policy to my satisfaction. It is wonderful to be able to call on a company giving customers the service that Charity did. Hope that if I need to make changes to my policy again that she would be the person helping me.
