FNB - Paypal Service - Many problems

This is the second time where I want to withdraw money from my paypal account and the FNB online website just doesn't work in regards to paypal. Also I can access my paypal account without problems through their website. The problem is on FNB's side. Once again. I think it is shocking that because of their problems, I can't get access to my money
