I was working for security company (stallion security) dated back in 2006 to 2008, so i did not claim my provident fund since the time i was dismissed 2008. I just decided to claim last year November 2012, I waited for Absa to respond informing me of my pay out to only find out that their rude consultant (Sisi Mthembu) will call me to inform me that i got the money on 03 April 2009, to my surprise i inform her that this is for the first time i claim and i never received any fund she rudely told me to check with my bank and just drop the phone.
