On the 25th of January 2013, i went to Standard Bank Silverton to deposit R5000 to McCarthy Silverton where i bought a car on the 8th of March they informed me that they haven't received the money. I went to the branch to complain and they asked me which ATM i deposited the money in. I told them i couldn't remember which of the three ATM's i used and i have misplaced the slip i got from the machine and I suggested that they check their cameras footage on that day because i didn't go straight to the ATM to deposit the money but i went inside the bank and requested one of the consultants to come and assist me which she did. Now i tell the people to check the footage but they don't do that instead they keep on telling me that they don't see anything on two ATMs.
