I lodged a query with the call centre on the 18 Feb. The call centre agent could not assist further and I requested that the matter be esclated to management.
Standardbank management clearly think they are above their clients issues. Why are they all supposedly in meetings? Wonder where they did their customer service training? or how they became managers?
I am still waiting for a call from the above menetioned individuals who they they are above their clients.
