IS THIS???

I have been having numerous problems with Standard Bank in the last while. My last complaint was beginning March where a second revolving credit account was opened without my consent and the money was debited from my bank account. This was sorted out but nobody could advise me who did this or how it came about. Now, only about 2 weeks later I receive a phone call and e-mail telling me that money was transferred into my Revolving Credit account by mistake, and I must give authorisation for the money to be debited from my account. I mean seriously, in this day and age, am I just going to pop "my bank" an e-mail to say please debit R3 800 from my account? Nobody has bothered to respond after I sent an e-mail to [Email Removed] and to [Email Removed] on Friday, 15 March to ask if this is legit or not and now I get a follow up e-mail to ask whether i have any feedback. Call me paranoid but not too long ago (2 weeks ago) I paid for a loan that I never requested and was left without my own money for 4 days.
