Dear ABSA

It took me a week of trying to just calm down before I write this to you... Now as You know I was upset about my car loan application... You came back with a list of what I needed to do to satisfy your needs... One of the things on your list of demands before you could even relook at the application was MY CURRENT IRP5 now, I just want to point out to you that its is MARCH and the current IRP5 will only be available in JUNE! I am certain that you know that... You are of course in the correct industry to know that! My place of work offered you all my salary advice statements for a year as a compromise but you insist that I get a time machine and get the IRP5... I want you to know that I too work for an FSP and they can actually be trusted with the information they provide... I think you used the IRP5 as a way to do nothing... Needless to say I am deeply disappointed in you and the lack of service you provide... Yes I already told the woman on the phone I was going to change banks and she said "well there really isn't anything I can do for you unless you get that IRP5"... Maybe you need that time machine more than I do... to go back in time and...
