My employer asked me to stay at home due to my migraine attacks and nausia. I went to the GP who referred me to a specialist which diagnosed me with migraine clusters. The employer requested alexander forbes for a disability claim to board me. The claim has been filed in November 2011 and no answer has been given yet. I've been in contact with alexander forbes consultants who referred me to a assessor who said that I am not supposed to talk to them directly. Each time I speak to them they send me for another medical examination. When asked if all the medical reports are submitted they confirmed that all reports have been received. The problem is that I am at home, not receiving any income from my employer due to the fact that my sick leave days are finished. Now I'f been told that the consultant working with my claim has been moved and no one knows of my case. When asked if I should get legal advise I've been told that it would make no difference to my claim as they decide what the outcome will be.
