First National Bank
Unable to use credit card after waiting 3 weeks

I applied for a credit card on 18/02, a week later, I called to enquire about my application on 26/02 and was told that I should send my FICA/KYC documents to some email address. No where during after the application does it mention that I should send supporting documents to anyone.
I got a call on the morning of 13/03 indicating that my card would be delivered later that day and the courier will need a copy of my ID on delivery. On 14/03 I made a purchase of just over 5K, the payment went through successfully. Sadly, on the eveing of 15/03 I went to a petrol station, afterwards I tried to pay with the same card I used the day before, lord behold it was declined 'cause "I didn't submit my KYC documents". Fortunately I had an alternative means of payment, imagine if I could not pay for the petrol, it's not like I could say, "please take it back as I can't pay you".
On 16/03 I called the number printed on the back of my card and I was asked to visit a branch. After 1.5hr stay @ the branch, I was told that the only people that could remove the blockage had left for the day. I should come back on Monday.
Get you card in 3 days what a joke, it took me 3 weeks & I only used it twice.
