NOT AGAIN!!!

After 2 months of battling with Capitec Bank to change my debit order date, I finally got a response after posting my complaint on Hello Peter. In mid Dec 2012 I got a phone call from a Capitec Bank employee, querying my Dec pay date, I informed the lady that my pay date will still be the last working day of the month. On 27 Dec 2012, I got an sms informing me that I need to make funds available in order for my debits to be deducted, needless to say there would be insufficient funds due to my salary not being paid by then. On 30 Dec my salary was in my account and so the debits were deducted. When I saw my bank statement in Jan 2013, I found that I was charged R414.00 in reversal fees due to there not being sufficient funds available on 27 Dec 2012. I went to Capitec Bank (The Grove) on 07 Jan 2013 I was assited by the banks assistant manager and was given an incident report number, I was assured that I will be refunded these bank charges and that I will be contacted. No-one has contacted me to date and I have just about had it with having to pay these ridiculous bank charges everytime Capitec STUFFS UP. I WANT ALL THOSE BANK CHARGES REFUNDED!!!
